Event Photographer Shot List



As a corporate and event photographer, it is important to have a shot list to ensure that you capture all of the important moments and details of the event. Here is a sample shot list to use as a guide:

Preparation shots:

  • Shots of the venue and setup before the event begins

  • Detail shots of the decorations, centerpieces, and other event elements

  • Candid shots of the attendees arriving and getting settled


Event shots:

  • Shots of the keynote speaker, presenter, or other special guests

  • Shots of the attendees listening and engaging with the presentation

  • Candid shots of the attendees networking and interacting with each other


Breakout sessions and activities:

  • Shots of the attendees participating in breakout sessions and other activities

  • Detail shots of any materials, displays, or other elements related to the sessions and activities

  • Candid shots of the attendees interacting and engaging with the presenters and each other

Reception and networking:

  • Shots of the attendees enjoying the reception and networking with each other

  • Detail shots of the food, drink, and other reception elements

  • Candid shots of the attendees interacting and enjoying themselves



Special moments:

  • Any special moments or activities that occur during the event, such as awards presentations or performances

  • Any candid moments or interactions that capture the spirit of the event
