RETURN POLICY

Items in our shop may be returned for an exchange or store credit only, provided that the customer has notified us of their intent to return within 7 days of initially receiving the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. Store credits cover the cost of the merchandise and do not include shipping. All orders cancelled prior to MAETOG shipping the order are subject to a 20% service and processing fee. MAETOG is not responsible for any delays due to the shipping service, customs or manufacturer's delays.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via Fedex and DHL. You will receive tracking information via email.  International shipping usually takes 2-4 weekdays, but can take up to 10 days to some areas.
